[Rec_bike] JLab Bike Jersey Order Confirmation and Pre-Payment Needed by COB Feb 17th

Let me start off by saying that we got a discount on our order, providing we meet our proposed timeline. The price per jersey is $44.00 for local pick-up at the Lab, while remotely located folks will be charged $49.00 per jersey to cover secondary shipment costs. Pre-payment is necessary to cover the vendor’s deposit and to start the order, while also ensuring we don’t have someone holding the bag financially if someone changes their mind on their order. Please refer to the attached spreadsheet to confirm the information we’ve received so far, and provide any data that’s missing (highlighted in yellow). If you don’t see your name on the spreadsheet and would still like to order, just supply the correct information. Please reply to this e-mail with a thumbs-up even if everything looks good. For convenience, there is another attachment showing the jersey size chart. From the time we finalize our order to the receipt of the drop shipment is expected to be about 2 months, which will put us in high fashion in late April/early May. 



There are a couple of ways we can accept pre-payment, and we’d like to avoid cash transactions if possible: 



1) Checks made out to Steven Neilson, with “bike jersey” noted in the lower left corner of the check, which can be: 

a) hand delivered to Cebaf Center, C-Wing room 216, 

b) or US Postal Service mailed to Steven Neilson, 4651 Prince Trevor Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185 



2) PayPal may be a more convenient option for folks remotely located. Just log into your PayPal account and transfer the payment securely. You will need Steve's email address to do this. It is: oligomer at hotmail.com 




Please note your size, quantity and pre-payment needs to be received by close of business on Feb 17 th . 

People who need their jersey shipped to them must provide their mailing address, so please include that within your e-mail reply to the size/quantity request.

Having laid-out those instructions, anyone wishing to purchase the older JLab jersey design (graphic below), would have to supplement their response above with all of the same information, under the same timeline, and provide the additional pre-payment. There is a 5 jersey minimum order which we don’t know we’ll meet. Anything less than 5 incurs an excessive processing fee by the vendor. If we don’t reach the 5 jersey threshold, any pre-paid funds that were made for the older jersey design will be returned promptly.
