[Reco_list] No RECO Meeting again today

HCO in Hall A is close to complete. According to my knowledge the 
following items remain open.

    * There is still some vacuum/valve work that needs to be done from
      the shield wall into the Hall that will be checked once the
      beamline is ready.
    * Work is also being performed on the high power dump.
    * Troubleshooting is being performed on the energy mapping system.
    * FSD systems checks are on-going (about 80% complete).
    * Once the Hall is locked up we can check out the power supplies for
      the magnet string and Moeller Quads (scheduled for Monday).
