[Regtermcasual] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Update on FY11 Salary Adjustment

Dear Mont,
it is very good to know that the salaries finally increase. Let me just 
indicate to you
that in my particular case (post.doctoral fellow of theory center) the 
salary has been fixed
for 2 years and the prorogation for one year is proposed to me with the 
same exact salary. I do
understand that post.docs are funded differently, however I would really 
appreciate
a little increase provided all the activities concerning Jefferson Lab 
physics program
and theory activity that was done by me in the previous 2 years. It 
seems that my activity is appreciated by both
theory and experimental colleagues, but financial supports is always 
welcome.
