[Rgc] Run Group C meeting cancelled

Dear members of run group C,

I would like to cancel this week’s meeting (scheduled for Thursday 5/18 at 9:30). I won’t be available (and neither will Chris). Please let me know if this is o.k. with you. If you have any news or questions (on simulation etc), please reply to this email and let us all know.

There is one urgent item of business: I received an invitation to have a discussion of run group coordinators  with Volker on the scheduling process. (See separate email forwarded to y’all). Since I will be representing RG C for this discussion, I am asking for any input you may have. Note that this mostly a discussion of the PROCESS (not so much the outcome).
