Subject: [Rgc] Future RG-C meetings
Dear members of RG-C,

as you know, our next meeting is on the coming Tuesday, April 26. I am wondering whether it would be o.k. for everyone to delay the start of this and all following meetings, e.g. to 9:00 a.m. or at least to 8:30 a..m.? Please let me know if you have a conflict with either time (assuming 1 hour meetings) going forward.

I also am wondering whether people agree that we should move to a weekly meeting going forward. We could alternate the emphasis (from run preparation to simulation/analysis/software to target to…) but we have a lot to do to get ready in time for Jun3 8 and also more people are planning to get involved on site with target installation/training etc.

Any thoughts/comments are welcome! - Sebastian
