[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] RC update

Dear all

We had a productive weekend of data taking. You can see my RC report slides on the Hall-B meeting minutes (once Daniel posts them).

The machine is down for beam studies currently. This is scheduled for 2.5 hours. The target is being annealed and will be polarized in the positive before we resume data taking.

We will have the RC meeting at 2pm to discuss plans for the next few days.
