[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] RC update

Dear all

Yesterday day through swing we took production data on ND3+. Late swing around 11pm 1L06 dropped HV and the machine was down through owl. 
Thirty minutes ago around 8am, beam became available. No optics were changed and a careful straight to FCup was performed. We are now back to production data taking.

There had been a maintenance day planned but the PD called at 3:30am to inform me that it was cancelled. Given the success of finally being able to deliver 75-80 mA to Hall-C and given the considerable downtime over the last couple of days, they decided to maintain beam delivery.

We will have the RC meeting at 2pm to discuss plans for the maintenance period and the next few days. Stephen Bueltmann will be the next RC.
