Hi Carlos,

It would be great if you could complete the spin dance and the liquid 
helium runs by 10pm tonight.  Let me know if you think that's feasible, 
or give me a better estimate.  To start warming the target tonight, I'll 
need a very brief access to the hall.  I can do this via a rapid access 
if the magenta beacon isn't flashing.  If it is, I'll need you to call 
MCC and request an ESCORTED access.  I'd prefer not to wait for them to 
sweep the entire hall for the 5 minutes of work I need to do there.

PS: I just started filling the bath to the 75% level.  You'll probably 
need to adjust its alarm set points (TGT:PT12:Bath_LL) - I can't do it 
from home.  I'd suggest:

HIHI = 85

HIGH = 80

LOW = 70

LOLO = 65
