We finished with the controlled access to cycle the solenoid network module, we waited it to fill the reservoir levels and reset the interlocks (please read Yelena's summary). We started to ramp up the solenoid up to the values in the wiki

Chris started to warm up the target and warn us that even it is empty target the He pressure is 1 atm.

We are ready to start the Harp scans (2C21) and the Moller measurement with the new Wien Angle. Stepan has been informed. 

After the Moller, we plan to run empty target the rest of the shift Swing and Owl --> 2h runs.
