[Rgc] Next meeting of Run Group C and RC list

our next regular RGC meeting is TOMORROW, Tuesday 5/10, at 8:30 a.m. EDT. The agenda is at

We will continue our discussion of the run plan (see agenda). In addition, we need MORE RC VOLUNTEERS - see https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RG-C_RC_and_Target_Expert_Volunteers and attached. Most urgently, we need volunteers for 6/22-29 and 7/20-27. Also, if you have already volunteered - THANK YOU, and please check that I captured your preferences correctly.

Finally, we will have to pick a time for the daily run coordination meetings that will begin on June 8 (we will suspend this regular RGC meeting at that time). Since our European collaborators will be 6 hours ahead of us, I suspect we should shoot for a time BEFORE 12 noon EDT. Let me know which time slot you prefer (8, 8:30, 9… 11:00) and I will try to accommodate as many of you as possible. Of course it’s understood that not everyone can join every day!
