[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] RG-C RC meeting at 10:30 this morning

It is clearly apparent that the multiple solenoid controlled ramp downs mean that we can not continue to run like this.

There are matters to discuss and I am calling for an RC meeting at 10:30 this morning. Apologies for the late notice.
