Welcome to RC summary Oct 17:

>From my last RC summary till now, we had stable running. We switched 1/2 plate to IN yesterday around 6.30pm and run on this configuration till 4.30am when we started to ramp down magnets for maintenance today. Overall we collected about 310M events on each 1/2 plate setting with reversed solenoid field.

Around 5:45am, the work on the torus and solenoid power supply started. Acid flushing of the LCW system is currently in progress. The filters in the system were completely full and were replaced. This indicates that the power supply was suffering from non optimal cooling which caused the trips. 

In parallel, the raster-x power supply which tripped in the last days is looked at. We also have a target anneal.

I hope that we are back with beam late afternoon (3-4pm). We will discuss the next plans in the RC meeting today at 2pm at the usual zoom (https://jlab-org.zoomgov.com/j/1608674253?pwd=SFZyYmZLWXJieGtpV2dEdVRiUEJnUT09&from=addon)
