[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] RG-C pass0v4 timelines

Dear all,
    The RG-C pass0v4 timelines have been posted after calibrating all the
detectors using the two reference runs 16511 and 16700.
The timelines are under

The QA timelines are under
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgc/Summer2022/pass0v4_qa/tlsummary/
  Please have a look at the performance of your detector of responsibility
and give feedback and comments to SIlvia Niccolai and Daniel Carman.

The runs from 16781 to 16788 will be removed from the present version of
the timelines as they are alignment runs and not production.
