[Rgc] recent ND3 runs cooked in HBT model for inclusive asymmetry check

Dear all,
Kayleigh has just cooked 4 recent ND3 runs (17493, 17494, 17496, 17497) in
HBT, to allow for the inclusive-asymmetry extraction of the target
polarization. This will be very useful to calibrate the online trigger
asymmetry.
The runs can be found at:
