Day Shift (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4124156): Production running on ND3 @4nA, Scotland victory in the Calcutta cup. Issues with the beam positions mean we loosened the alarm thresholds slightly

Swing Shift (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4124392):Issues with the fifth pass separator meaning no beam until 9pm, beam positions and general stability not great when it returned

Owl Shift (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4124603): Very little beam, some discussions with MCC over the unsolicited changes in our requested beam current. Understandably this is because of the wider issues with the machine over the weekend, but somewhere communication is breaking down and causing us additional concern.

Short Term Plan: Continuing production running on ND3 until 1pm, then change to solid targets. MCC are still planning RF recovery on Tuesday, but there may also be a beam down period on Monday while the ve!
rtical separator for Hall D is inspected and possibly repaired.

We will not have an RC meeting today, but feel free to drop in on the counting room zoom session; https://jlab-org.zoomgov.com/j/1619881100 (passcode 927417). Today's biscuit, if there are any left, I deliver them during the preceding swing shift, is...

Biscuit of the day: Jammie Dodgers

Jammie Dodgers are a popular British biscuit, made from shortcake with a raspberry or strawberry flavoured jam filling. They are named after the character Roger the Dodger from The Beano comics, and were introduced in 1960. Jammie Dodgers are a type of linzer biscuit, which is a biscuit-size version of a linzer torte, and they are often associated with the Christmas season in other parts of the world.
