[Rgc] RGC-analysis meeting tomorrow - and notes about the upcoming pass1 review

Dear all,
tomorrow (Tuesday, August 27th), we'll have our weekly RGC meeting, at

We'll have a presentation by Noémie, and discuss the preparation of the
pass1 review for Fall22 (Wednesday at 9am). Please let me know if other
subjects need to be discussed.

For the preparation of the review, I had sent the path to the cooked test
runs a while ago, and so far got plots only from Kayleigh (thank you!).

However, in the meantime, two issues were found in those data:

1) The AI tracking had used the network of Summer22 data, not the one we
have trained for Fall22. The impact of this is likely more than minimal
(the performances of the two networks are very close), but we need,
nonetheless, to show the analysis results for the final/official version
of the reconstruction, AI included.

2) The HWP information had not been included in CCDB for runs after 17153
(mea culpa). This only affects those who include asymmetries in their
plots, and used runs > 17153.

We have resubmitted all the cookings (dst and pass0's a few days ago), and
hopefully they should be completed between this evening and tomorrow.

I have to ask the analyzers to please use the new runs to reproduce their
slides. They should be available shortly, in the following locations (some
of the runs are just for Derek's studies):

We have added run 17361, to the set of runs previously established, to
also cover the part of the data with flipped solenoid. Please use it too
for your studies.

Either me or Li will send an email when all jobs are done and all runs are
available, but maybe you can start checking for the runs you specifically
need.

Derek, it would be great if you can please redo the plots that I took from
your slides to make the previous version of the pass1-review presentation
(https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/images/a/a6/Pass1_review_fall2022.pdf),
using the new runs.

Ideally, I'll need all slides by tomorrow evening, provided that the data
are available before...
