[Rgc] Overleaf link for RGC jeopardy proposal

Dear all,
following today's discussion in our meeting, I created an overleaf shared
document with a "skeleton" of the jeopardy proposal for RGC. I followed
the example of what we're doing for RGB.
Sebastian, I put "X" and "Y" for the various figures that need to be
included (ABUs, beam time, etc), I assume you have all the informations to
complete that part.
I'd like to ask all analyzers to please insert in "Preliminary results" a
subsection with some brief motivation, goals, some details on analysis,
and possibly some plots from your project. For now you can use whatever
plots you made with the little set of runs we cooked, but hopefully we'll
soon have more statistics to include in the document, as pass1 is
imminent.
