[Rgc] Overleaf link for RGC jeopardy proposal

Thank you, Silvia, for setting this up. Let me add a couple comments from my point of view:

1) We should try to stay below 10 pages, so don’t get carried away (1 page max per Physics channel, except perhaps DVCS - see 3).
2) The most important part of each subsection will be to JUSTIFY how getting 50% more data (roughly) will be necessary to get the statistics needed for the originally proposed Physics. So, I would de-emphasize “details of analysis” and just show statistical precision reached (ideally, extrapolated to the full data set we have already on tape) vs. proposed and make a statement how the extra 40 days will get us closer to the latter.
3) Since the last jeopardy PAC emphasized “DVCS”, we should probably focus in particular on the impact of the data on DVCS (p and n) that we can get from the already collected statistics vs. proposed - so these sections could be a bit longer if needed.
4) I asked Chris to help me write a paragraph on the performance of the polarized target, and what it will take to re-install it. This will go into Section II - I think we can minimize the rest of the “experimental setup” since it is more or less standard.
