[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Creating a CCDB Table For Relevant Quantities

Hi Everyone,

In today's RGC meeting, I mentioned that I'm working on creating a table for CCDB that will hold information about the beam/target that isn't located in RCDB or easily accessible elsewhere. Some possible quantities to be included are the beam polarizations measured via Moller runs, calculated beam energies cross-referenced to Halls A and C, and average beam current for each run.

Ultimately, tables like this one will be created for all run groups in CLAS12, not just RGC, but I want to start with RGC as a "test run" for putting this table together. If there are any quantities that would be relevant for your analysis that would be helpful to have in an accessible table format, please email me and let me know. Once I have a preliminary table for RGC, I'll share it with the software group to get their feedback.
