[Rgd-ana] [EXTERNAL] RG-D Mailing List & Feb. 16th Meeting Conflict

Dear Colleagues,

We are due for our bi-weekly meeting this Thursday, Feb. 16th, however, I
have a one-time event conflict thus I won't be able to make it. As a
result, I suggest skipping it and reconvening in March. A few notes:

   1. Based on the info collected so far, it seems there will be no change
   to the scheduled SAD in the spring of 2023 to compensate RG-C for their
   beam loss, and thus RG-D experiments are still scheduled to collect data
   this summer/fall. As a result, we should start discussing in the near
   future the run-plan, finalizing the RC list in the order that suits
   everyone's schedules, etc. This will be one of the priorities in upcoming
   meetings.
   2. We haven't had yet any Task Force meetings in 2023, but we are due
   for one this Monday, Feb. 20th. I will update you about it once we meet
   next time in case it will happen. Otherwise, I will get in touch with
   Nathan to understand what's going on.
   3. For the March meeting either on Mar. 2nd or 16th, which are both
   preceding the Paris CLAS workshop, I suggest that Daniel makes a
   presentation about his TMDs analysis framework that he plans to present at
   the workshop;
   4. In one of those meetings, Mikhail will give also an update about his
   cooking chef duties, and discuss the analysis skims, etc.

Thanks to those who already subscribed to the shared "rgd-ana" mailing
list, and I encourage the rest to do the same, see the instructions below.
In case you are experiencing any problems, please let me know to manually
add you after receiving your preferred email address.
