[Rgd-ana] [EXTERNAL] RG-D Meeting on Thurs. 2 March @ 10 AM CST

Dear Colleagues,

We are due for our bi-weekly meeting this Thursday, Mar. 2nd, at 10 AM CST,
11 AM EST, 1 PM CLST, and 17:00 CET. As a heads-up of the discussion
points:

   1. A few notes after last Monday, Feb. 27th, TF meeting,
   2.  I thought to create the following Google spreadsheet as a sign-up
   sheet for the 2-month RG-D RC duties:

   so please have a look at it and bring any comments/questions you may have
   to our meeting. I am defining one RC week starting from a Wednesday, where
   typically that weekly MCC meeting with all RCs and physics division
   personnel happens to pass the RC hat to another colleague. I will
   eventually need the RG-D RC volunteers I have on my list (*Whit, Raphael,
   Yordanka, Maurik, Utsav, Holly, Mikhail, and myself*) to confirm the
   week that suits their schedule best. Both Mikhail and I are flexible since
   we will be there the whole period so the slots I temporarily put my name on
   can definitely change to accommodate any travel constraints, etc.
   3. I will still encourage those who didn't subscribe to the "rgd-ana"
   mailing list to please do so, see the instructions below.
