Dear all,
I have updated my jlab directory with some new stuff:
1) I've added in
/w/hallb/infn2/mirazita/TEST_CERN2012/Configurations/
the configuration files for the reflected light data, labeled with run
number 456 and valid up to run 473
2) I've inserted the modifications made by Matteo to subtract the common
noise in the converter from binary to root files.
New files are GEMdisplay.cpp, TBlock.h and TBlock.cpp in
/w/hallb/infn2/mirazita/TEST_CERN2012/apv/analysis/
New code uses the subtraction from the average of two groups of 32
channels of each PMT, excluding the channel with largest readout
3) I've redone the root files for run 300, they are in
/w/hallb/infn2/mirazita/TEST_CERN2012/outRoot_filt32max/
together with new threshold files.
You can see the improvement by looking at the two pdf files. Basically now
we have only 1 bad PMT, the 19, at least for this run.
My opinion is that we should now use the new code for the analysis of the
Maroc data.
Marco
