[Rich] Jlab review and video conference

Dear Colleagues,

Please let me know who will use the video conference during
the Jlab RICH review. If nobody wants to use it I will not spend time to
implement it.

We can use ReadyTalk with the possibility to share desktop.
If I remember correctly you have to upload your presentation in advance
and will show it yourself without any assistance from the Jlab.

The Committee obviously wants to see the reports in advance.
I don't think that it is acceptable to load the presentation 5 minutes
before the schedule. It is not home RICH meeting.

I still want to know your opinion about the release of our main document,
let us say Conceptual Design Report in advance to the Committee.

And please load something that you have to the RICH wiki page,
your presentations, publications, technical notes  etc.
I just was asked several times already by the Committee Chief
about it.
