[Rich] RICH review

Dear all,
for those who has missed the recent meetings, let me
remind there will be two important milestones for
the RICH project this summer:

26-27 June: Technical Review (phone-conference)

4-5 September: Review with DOE representatives

We are preparing a wiki page for the next-week
review:

Please have a look and give your suggestions before
we make it public (likely tomorrow). In particular,
please send us your talks, proceedings or techincal
notes which are not yet uploaded there.
