[Rich] CLAS12 RICH review

Dear All,

an internal review of the proposed Hall B CLAS12 Ring Imaging Cherenkov (RICH) Detector will held on June 24-25, 2015 at Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati - INFN  (Italy). 
The intent is to prepare the mid-project review scheduled for October 13, 2015 with DOE/NP as observers in attendance.
The charge of the October review is to confirm that the RICH Detector will meet the specified performance parameters and to assess the status of the project in terms of cost and schedule.

During the June review the status and performance of the different components of the detector will be presented, as well as the assembly plan at JLab, the installation in Hall B, the commissioning of the detector, and the project cost and schedule, as further outlined in the agenda below.
Note that to facilitate call-in of DOE/NP, JLab staff and off-site collaborators some of the presentations most closely related to the components of the US side of the RICH project are scheduled for the afternoon.
