For me the only constraint may be that I have a review September 19. But September 20, 26, 27 seems doable.
On the agenda, it seems to me it is more logical to have the run plan later as it may lead to discussion. And we may want to talk about some mundane tasks, like setting up the documentation (COO, etc.), the shift schedule, etc.

Any of those 4 days is ok with me.
At last week's meeting, several folks thought that maybe a lognish
half-day meeting would be long enough (like 10-noon, then 1-3)?
