[Sane-analysis] Minutes of May 5 2010 Meeting

_*Hovhannes/Narbe:*_ Altered SANE GEANT to have several cluster events. 
Implemented improved neural network which has edge effects. Used this to 
look at pi0 events. Throwing pi0s from target, plotted invariant mass 
spectrum and compared for with and without Cerenkov as well as for some 
bins in reconstructed energy. The pi0s are at 0.135 with very little 
deviation, with a resolution of about 6MeV. This suggests that the 
uncertainties are from the reconstruction and corrections instead of the 
energy/energies. The plots also show that the neural network seems to be 
working very reliably. In process of running with electrons being thrown 
from to see how much pi0s are produced.

_*Jon: *_Investigated further 2 cluster events mentioned last time. 
Looked at Cer ADC spectrum for 1 and 2 cluster  events, where the 2 
clusters are separated by 12cm. Subtracted 1 cluster (normalized) from 
the 2 cluster distribution.  Looked at this in cluster energy bins. This 
showed the second cluster peak at lower-intermediate energies. Worked on 
estimating backgrounds. Will try using
(2 cluster - 1 cluster(normalized) ) / 1 cluster
Other than that, pretty much gotten it to a point where it's good enough 
and will move to doing something else.
