[Sane-analysis] SANE GEANT Updated in CVS

[Narbe Kalantarians]

Mark and I checked in the latest updates for the SANE GEANT3 in the CVS. 
The main changes have been for the neural network (include edge 
effects), Cerenkov, and multi-cluster hits.

The note in the table under _ _*_Issue Tracking And Assignment_ *under 
today's date (05/06/10) lists the explicit files that were added/altered
