[Sane-analysis] Minutes of Feb 15 Analysis Meeting

_*Whit:*_ Looking further at the BETA_Cerenkov efficiency --focusing on 
parallel data. Looked at the timing correction. Sees improvement in the 
Cerenkov efficiency with standard energy cut (E' > 1.3 GeV) as well as a 
discrepancy in the BigCal TDC distribution by block possibly due to an 
alignment issue. Hovhannes mentioned that the alignment issue was fixed 
(https://hallcweb.jlab.org/experiments/sane/wiki/index.php/Cerenkov_TDC_versus_BigCal_ADC_correction_for_Noisy_Runs). 
Also, can't use same TDC cut for runs both before and after the 
alignment correction.

Will  look at time/TDC spectrum for representative runs for every period 
in the data set. Will also post/send a draft of his collaboration
