Hi,

As I reported at today's meeting, I have updated the draft on github.
I've cleaned up the Latex source so it now displays long equations
correctly and fixed other errors.

Contributors have been using different graphic file formats which aren't
compatible when generating .ps output. dvips only takes .eps files.
pdflatex generates .pdf output directly, but it does not accept .eps
format, only .pdf, .png, .gif and .jpeg.

Please commit only .eps files. An easy way to convert other formats is
to open the files with ImageMagick and save them as .eps.

Everyone contributing to the draft is encouraged to update their git
repositories with this and other recent changes.
