[Sane-analysis] Calculating d2

I have posted a draft of the method I propose we use to get d2, using a
global combined fit to our A2 results plus SLAC, and taking g1 from
modern PDF's. I think it can improve the accuracy and precision of the
d2 value we will publish. The draft is here:
