[Sane] SANE NIM A Published

Hello SANE Collaborators,

I'm happy to announce that the SANE design and performance NIM article has
been accepted for publication. It is currently under final typesetting and
I will have one last chance to review and revise the proof before it's
published in its final form. The preview manuscript is published here:

I have a short list of small changes to make once I receive the final
proof, which I include at the end of this email. If you discover anything
else to fix, this is the very last chance for minor revisions. Once this is
process complete, I will submit the final revision to the arXiv, as well.

-A. Vasiliev name change to A.N. Vasiliev
-V.I. Kravtsov remove from author list
-Change "Institute for High Energy Physics, Protvino" to "Kurchatov
Institute, IHEP, Protvino, Moscow"
