[Sane] SANE NIM A Published

Dear James,

congratulations!

I agree with the suggested change of the title, it jumped into my eye, 
too.

Peter Monaghan is now with Christopher Newport University (="k").
I mention this because Narbe Kalantarians is also listed with his present 
affiliation Virginia Union University (="q"), not Hampton University and 
not UVa.

Since we are not listing any "present adress" lines, what is the policy - 
affiliation at the time of the experiment, or present affiliation, or 
both, or does it not matter?
