[Sane] SANE NIM A Published

Thanks Michael,
In regards to the author affiliations, in general I took a guess at the
affiliation and hoped that everyone would get a chance to see the paper
before publishing. I figure the affiliation is up to the desire of the
individual authors, so let me know if you know of other changes.
