Dear Collaborators,

You can find a draft of the annual report contribution at the link below 
shortly summarizing our collaboration's activities over the last year 
and the progress being made to bring SBS to the floor.  In particular, 
please make sure that I'm giving full credit to all the groups involved 
and let me know if anything is missing or should be changed.

I intend on submitting this by Monday (Feb 16) morning, so please send
