[Sbs] IMPORTANT, please fill out! Doodle poll for new SBS weekly meeting time for Fall 2019 semester

Hello SBS collaborators,

As promised, here is the link to the doodle poll for the new SBS weekly 
meeting time for the fall semester. Please indicate your availability 
ASAP, especially if you are a spokesperson and/or subsystem contact 
person. I will consider all responses received by COB, US Eastern Time, 
on Friday, August 23. Note that all the times in the poll are for the US 
Eastern Time Zone! If at all possible, try to choose one of the morning 
times (9, 10, or 11 AM) to make things easier for our European 
collaborators! I will keep the current meeting time of Thursday, 10 AM 
eastern by default unless a clearly better alternate time is indicated 
based on the poll results.
