[Sbs] SBS DAQ meeting

Hello,

since first experiment is down the corner and there are more DAQ activities
and requests, I would like to have a separate DAQ meeting.

Here is a doodle poll, I only put in morning so that people in Europe could
join.

If possible we should keep a status on each subsystems tasks:
-HCAL
-CDET
-Hodoscope
-Bigbite
-GEM
-GRINCH



each subsystem could give a short update and can have requests to be
address during the week.
