Robin: 5-minute verbal engineering/design update
Jessie: 5-minute verbal work coordination/installation planning update

Evaristo or delegate: INFN GEM update (15 minutes)
Nilanga/Kondo or delegate: UVA GEM update (15 minutes)

Open discussion: any other business: 10 minutes.
