[Sbs] Update to beam schedule

Hello all,
     Accelerator has decided that is is not advantageous to change the per pass
energy in Jan/Feb.
     Beam restore will be Jan 10-16 and beam to the hall will be Jan 17.
We will run Q2 = 7.4, then the two Q2 = 4.5 points at different beam energies
to do the nTPE experiment. The beam time ends Feb 8th.
