[Sbs] target training

Hello collaborators,
With shifts starting soon, those who plan to take target operator shifts
need to be properly trained. A unique situation has developed where
training is available on short notice using the Hall C target since the
Hall A target is not yet cold. This training window is available from 1PM
to 4PM today (Weds Sept 15)... as in very soon. If you can take advantage
of this, please contact Jian-Ping Chen (ccd) jpchen at jlab.org to let him
know ASAP.
