[Sbs] Shift sign up

Hi Folks,
The current plan calls for beam in Hall A next Thursday. That's right
Sept. 23. That means we need a fully staffed Counting House. Take a look
at the current shift schedule

It still looks alarmingly empty. If you have been holding off on signing
up, please sign up now.

If you are signing up or plan to sign up for target operator shifts,
please email JP Chen (jpchen at jlab.org) to arrange for target training.
Target training is required prior to taking any TO shifts.

If you are currently offsite and have been having issues getting
permission to get onsite, the proper procedure we have been told to get
started is to sign up for shifts. This will start the process to get you
on a list of those approved to be onsite. However, the process is not
immediate so make sure you sign up and get the approval process started
well in advance of when you plan to take shifts. The approval is
officially given by Thia and Rolf, so either let Thia or Mark Jones know
via email that you wish to be added to the list and that you have signed
up for shifts.

We will start having regular daily RC meetings starting on Tuesday Sept
21. The regular time will be 3:15PM. For those who want to join in person,
the conference room on the upper floor of the Counting House has been
booked from 3-4PM daily. For virtual attendance use the information below.
