[Sbs] RC meeting

Hi Bogdan,
I agree with Brian that your actions were not appropriate. The experiment
has been delayed several times due to circumstances beyond our control
like target issues, beam line leaks etc. We hope that further delays do
not come from the collaboration being unprepared, but that is possible.
That does not give any of us the right to abuse our human resources, be it
Alex or even those with less visibility like graduate students. If
activity on the Slack channel is any evidence of Alex's dedication, those
problem-solving conversations often start early in the morning and go late
into the evening. I'm not sure my marriage would last if I worked that
long. We all need to step back and take a breath and realize that we are
people not machines doing science. That same humanity that makes us prone
to failure and sometimes makes us fail to meet deadlines also gives us the
ability to get excited and curious about the wonders of the universe we
live in.
