[Sbs] [New Logentry] RC update -Nov 20th

At the 8 am MCC meeting, it was mentioned that the work for emptying the sump would take another 4-6 hours.
If the work gets completed successfully, hall A will get beam authorization sometime in the swing. 
The main pump for the hall A dump has been running since Friday after the recovery from a trip - most likely caused by some air bubbles in the line.

Bill Henry is working on the target - turning on the LASERs. He will turn on the magnets too.
The day shift TO is on shift.
All the subsystem owners are requested to turn on their detector's HVs and make sure things are working as expected.
The SL for the Day and Swing shifts are on Standby mode.


There are many opening slots (due to extension) on the shift schedule. Please consider for signing up for shifts.
