[Sbs] [New Logentry] Hall-A shifts

Dave Meekins mentioned that target is cooled, so all the Target Operators should report to the Counting House as usual. However, Hall will be locked up tomorrow only, so there is no need for Shift Leaders of swing shift today as well as Owl and day shift tomorrow to report in counting house.

We are closing hall tomorrow afternoon, so Shift Leader for tomorrow should be on stand-by for now.
