[Sbs] Abstract on nTPE results for DNP2025

As mentioned by Jim in a very recent email, The DNP abstract submission 
deadline has been extended by a week. Therefore, I send my own abstract 
on the nTPE results for you all to review. Please send me any comments 
and suggestions by next Tuesday.
