Dear All,

We have tested both the fixes for 3 slot backplanes and finally got positive results.

  1.  Fix one is the termination of trigger and clock lines in the 3 slot backplane - see the attached picture "3slot_back_pane_fix.jpg"
  2.  Fix two is the analog channel "shifter" - see "shifter_1.jpg" and "shifter_2.jpg". Ben found that the boards we got made had the analog channels incorrectly routed. Therefore, Armen and him found a fix for that by reversing the direction of the HDMI connector.
I have attached the MPDLIbTest results and the raw APV frames of the first backplane we got fixed to test out the fixes. Both the tests give expected results now. I gave the remaining 15, 3 slot backplanes to Armen and he gave an estimation of next week Tuesday-Wednesday for the completion of the job.
