[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] UV layer 4 installation schedule

Hi All,

Kondo has informed me that we may possibly start running again on January
11th instead of January 17th and has asked me to provide a detailed
schedule to get UV layer 4 installed before then. So here is the list:

There are a lot of tasks, but many of them can be done in parallel, as I
have listed. To do them in parallel we will need 4 people dedicated to
this, which we already have. I have counted that we have *13 work days* until
Jan 11th, starting today. You will notice in my spreadsheet that this will
take 13 days. However I have put several "resolve issues" days which may
not actually be used, and there are 4 weekend days that could also be
(sadly) used if problems arise. So overall I am confident that this work
could be done by Jan 11th.
