Hi Sean,
Thanks for putting the tentative schedule together. I would actually suggest to start flowing N2 in 4th UV layer as soon as tomorrow and keep it on N2 while tasks of day 1 and 2 are being performed
This will buy you 3 days for free ad you can do HV test on day 3 instead of day 6. Also whenever you switch to ArCO2, you could just run pedestal to make sure that the DAQ/electronics is configur then you take cosmic data overnight, this buy you another extra day at no cost

You need to reserve more time for testing and troubleshooting after installation in BB, rather than before
Best regards
Kondo

Subject: [Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] UV layer 4 installation schedule

Hi All,

Kondo has informed me that we may possibly start running again on January 11th instead of January 17th and has asked me to provide a detailed schedule to get UV layer 4 installed before then. So here is the list:

https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_spreadsheets_d_17HB3cim5n8oyOO8oEKXg8VNUu4f-5Fp7bxwpYvNcmzU0s_edit-3Fusp-3Dsharing&d=DwIFAw&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=IY9rjQPVeUBORHn2z0jGy7U2Cc-U0-dYM3Rqg9Kcgwk&m=lNkp2hZxKlS88IGKJnkwJDjdEF-6JfLZq804uh0JwjRe8C197iIIBI7uI4cwHTQ9&s=WsTSeHgfHM4P2V2r5AgLI7cko8JxEfJVfYvqTMcSc_Q&e= <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_spreadsheets_d_17HB3cim5n8oyOO8oEKXg8VNUu4f-5Fp7bxwpYvNcmzU0s_edit-3Fusp-3Dsharing&d=DwMFaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=IY9rjQPVeUBORHn2z0jGy7U2Cc-U0-dYM3Rqg9Kcgwk&m=GULKPuBeq4OxxgY6oIdk8FM-9LCw69hsrRiATzAQY3zYtorAnsFx8DSKa0-bHTgM&s=kEovnNJ2Thc90p0x9iTfGd39518JV_rHqvBoUL3Ov7E&e=>

There are a lot of tasks, but many of them can be done in parallel, as I have listed. To do them in parallel we will need 4 people dedicated to this, which we already have. I have counted that we have 13 work days until Jan 11th, starting today. You will notice in my spreadsheet that this will take 13 days. However I have put several "resolve issues" days which may not actually be used, and there are 4 weekend days that could also be (sadly) used if problems arise. So overall I am confident that this work could be done by Jan 11th.

Best,
Sean
