[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] New dead sector on UV GEM layer 3

I have confirmed that a new sector died on UV GEM layer 3 around 9 am on December 13th. In the HV strip chart we see the current jump from 738 uA to 742 uA. Also in the hitmap you can see a dead sector in the bottom right of layer 3. Thankfully this sector is in the low statistics part of the detector. When this happened the shift crew had been running at 11 uA on LD2 for an hour and a half already. There is no obvious reason why this happened.
