[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] MPD 22 taken out from readout starting run 12955

Run would not start

MPD 22 did not show missed triggers but had less event in FIFO than others

Powercycling UVA MPD crate and VTP crate did not help.

Took it out from config file and run started
